Sect I. ... The Usual Stuff

> Must be at least 16 years or older to send in an order
> Must be within the United States
> Paypal USD only
> Must completely fill out a commission form
> Shipping is optional & adds an extra $5 to your total
> Payment plans are allowed, please include somewhere on your order form if you intend to split up payments. We can then work something out in DMs
> Art will not be started on until full payment is received
> My art is not to be used for NFTs or any form of cryptoart
> You are welcome to do just about whatever you want with the art you get from me, I just ask that credit is given when appropriate
> I am allowed to use the art I make you for on my Carrd and for advertising purposes
> You are not allowed to edit, trace, or purposefully destroy my art. Reselling is only fine if the art is being sold alongside character rights

Sect II. ... Refunds & Termination

> Refunds: 100% if I have not started the sketch, 75% if I have. No refunds after the sketch is complete unless I see it fit
> I have the right to deny any commission or terminate while the art is still in progress, a refund amount can/will be worked out but will not be 100% of the original price
> Please be attentive when it comes to DMs. I sometimes ask a lot of questions in order to ensure you get exactly what you want, and when multiple days go by without an answer it greatly hinders my ability to get you your art in a timely manner. If I don't receive a response in 2 weeks your commission will be terminated unless I am made aware of an extended absence beforehand. The sketch may be recycled into a different piece should this happen.

Sect III. ... Anything But These

The following includes aspects of characters and art that I will not accept and/or draw:
> NSFW (will be available eventually)
> Humans
> Characters with gradients
> Characters with extremely small, repetitive markings
> Characters with two or more colors that are very similar
> Characters with very complex designs. I only accept traditional-friendly designs. If you're unsure about your character, send me a DM!
> Political messages or symbols
> Art/characters with religious symbolsIf you ask me to draw any of the following here, you will be publicly blacklisted:
> Pedophilia
> Zoophilia
> Feral NSFW
> NSFW involving any form of animal genitals
> In general, any harmful fetish/paraphilia art. Gross but not inherently harmful stuff will just be ignored

Sect IV. ... Allergy Warning & Other

> Note that I live in a house with & interact with many animals, including cats, dogs, and horses. Normally both my supplies and laminated badges are disinfected before shipping, but I am 100% willing to take extra precautions for severe allergies.
